This company has been operating profitably for many years and recently the owner stepped back and gave the management of the company to his three children. The company had just suffered a drop in revenue due to the loss of a major client and was still reeling from it.

They wanted to identify their strengths and weaknesses, learn how to work together as a management team, how to separate their family relationship from their business relationship, while honoring their familial ties.

After an initial day for strategic planning and identification of the strengths and weaknesses, a program was developed to address the issues.

One sibling was able to leave the company and the other two siblings were able to step up to the plate of leadership at a whole new level.
