This practice and a related orthotics/prosthetics company had seen its practice grow steadily over many years. The Principal, however, was looking at the future and to being able to reduce hours without a negative impact on the business. With this in mind, FieldWorks met with the Principal of each of the companies to identify the current situation regarding operations, marketing activity, staffing, HR issues and financial health.
With regular coaching the client was able to identify "gaps" in the operation that when closed, would enable the Principal to take less of a "hands-on" role in the daily operation of the practice, leaving her free to concentrate on "bigger picture" items such as long-term growth, new programs, less reliance on managed care contracts, and more. |
