A real estate broker who had been successful for many years found his company to be "in the red", and he had not been able to realize a long-held dream of opening an escrow company, a mortgage company, and an insurance brokerage.
Within the first nine months of a weekly leadership meeting, the red ink was turned to six-figure black, with more excitement both internally with the agents and out in the community. Within a further six months both an escrow company and a mortgage company were formed, opened and profitable. The decision was also made within this time frame that an insurance brokerage was not to be implemented.
