Q. How do you set your fees?

A. Based either on an hourly or daily rate,  and are dependant on several factors including length of project, domestic or international, complexity of project, level of expertise required. 

If the project can be very tightly and specifically defined, we can provide a fixed fee arrangement.

Q. How do you decide which consultant or team of consultants will work on a project?

A. It is both an art and a science.  Upon clarification of the project with the client, an initial match is made with the consultant(s).  If more than one consultant has the experience and knowledge necessary for the project, the cultural fit is determined.  If there are still more than one, then geographic location will be taken into account.

Q. How do you maintain quality on your projects?

A.  A Quality Control Manager (QCM) is assigned and is responsible for oversight of the project.  The QCM reviews progress and communicates with the Client and the consultant(s) to ensure the project is on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding Client expectations.

Q.  Are you a broker?

A.  We are a hybrid:  Our Clients buy solutions and outcomes from International FieldWorks, just as they would a traditional consulting firm.  Unlike traditional firms, however, we have the flexibility to bring you precisely the blend of experience, industry knowledge and skillsets needed to complete your project.   All our consultants are screened, references are checked, and their experience validated.
